Fulton�s Rogan Makes Commitment to Tennessee: Fulton Senior RB/DB Dennis Rogan announced Wednesday that he has committed to play his college football at the University of Tennessee. Rogan made his announcement Wednesday afternoon on Fulton�s radio station WKCS-FM 91.1. He was offered by Tennessee coach Phillip Fulmer on Tuesday, and called Fulmer to make his verbal commitment Wednesday afternoon.
